COSHH stands for “Control of Substances Hazardous to Health.” It is a set of regulations designed to protect people from the dangers associated with hazardous substances at work. COSHH applies to all businesses that use substances that may be hazardous to workers or other individuals.
It is the Employers responsible to assess risks, prevent or control exposure, and provide training and information to employees. Maintaining compliance with COSHH helps to keep workers and those around them safe.
